Arsenal could reportedly replace Alexandre Lacazette with Andre Silva during this summer’s transfer window.
Lacazette has been a quality striker for the Gunners over the past four years and he has netted 59 goals from 158 appearances.
Out of that tally, 11 goals have come during the current campaign, but he has been largely in-and-out of the starting line-up.
According to Football.London, the Gunners may part ways with the Frenchman when he enters the final year of his contract this summer.
It is added that Eintracht Frankfurt’s Andre Silva is an option to replace him, though the Gunners may face competition from Manchester United.
Silva has been a revelation for the Bundesliga outfit this term and he has netted 19 goals from just 22 league games.
The club are currently on course to finish in the Champions League places, but it is claimed that he could still be sold.
Frankfurt want to re-sign Luka Jovic on a permanent deal from Real Madrid and they could recoup funds from Silva’s sale.
Silva is reportedly valued at around £26m, but the price tag may rise further ahead of the summer transfer window.
