Manchester United target Jadon Sancho could be available for a reduced fee this summer, should Borussia Dortmund fail to qualify for the Champions League.
Sancho was heavily linked with the Red Devils last summer, but a deal failed to materialise as they refused to meet the £109m asking price.
According to Bild, Dortmund may be forced to lower the price tag for the attacker when the transfer window reopens in four months’ time.
They are currently four points behind the top four and the failure to qualify for the Champions League may led to multiple player exits.
The club are suffering losses amid the coronavirus pandemic and may have a huge financial burden, if they don’t receive the Champions League money.
Sancho’s asking price could drop to around £88m, if Dortmund are unable to finish in the top four of the Bundesliga this season.
