Chelsea have reportedly reached an agreement with Napoli over the permanent sale of midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko.
The Frenchman joined the Blues from AS Monaco in the summer of 2017, but he failed to make an impression in his debut campaign.
He spent the past two seasons on loan with AC Milan and Monaco respectively and he is now contracted with Napoli on a temporary basis.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Blues have agreed to sell Bakayoko on a permanent deal to Napoli at the end of the campaign.
The 26-year-old joined the Naples outfit on loan for £1.8m this summer and it is reported that they will pay an additional £18m to sign him permanently.
Bakayoko has been reunited with former Milan boss Gennaro Gattuso at Napoli this term and he has contributed one assist from six appearances.
He has been out-of-favour with the national side since his debut in 2017 and will be hoping to revive his career through his showing for Napoli.
