Dele Alli appears to have moved a step closer to a six month loan deal to join Ligue 1 side Paris St Germain. The England international is desperate to play on a regular basis, and so far at Tottenham this season has been primarily resigned to substitute appearances.
It is understood that Spurs would accept a fee in the region of 50 million euros by the time the transfer window reopens in the summer, but would favour a loan deal during this January window.
Alli’s potential move away appears to be close, after manager Mourinho responded to talk of a departure in a peculiar fashion, telling reporters: “Of course I would know how to answer you, but I am not ready to answer, I am not ready to make public my vision of the situation. I am sorry about that but I’m not going to answer.”
