Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed that Anthony Martial could be out for the rest of the season with a knee injury.
The Frenchman has had a tough season with the Red Devils and he has netted only four goals in 22 league appearances.
He is on course for his worst campaign since 2016/17, and it appears that he could be sidelined for the remainder of the season.
Martial recently sustained a knee injury on international duty, and Solskjaer is unsure whether he will play again this term.
He told MUTV: “Losing Anthony for what might be the rest of the season is very disappointing, especially when reports from there [France] was that it wasn’t anything serious but it looks a bad one.”
Rashford has, however, excelled on the left wing. Cavani and Greenwood could compete for the centre-forward role for the rest of the campaign.
