Manchester United have not made contact with Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos regarding a summer move.
The Spaniard’s current deal with Los Blancos expires in June and so far, he has shown no indication of signing an extension.
Los Blancos have offered him a two-year renewal with a pay-cut and he has reportedly turned down the proposal.
Hence, he has been fancied to leave on a free transfer and it was recently claimed that United had made contact with his agent.
However, Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano has revealed that is not the case and there have been no talks with the player or his representative.
Ramos has spent the past 15 years with Los Blancos where he has accumulated more than 650 appearances in all competitions.
Paris Saint-Germain have been heavily linked with his services and it has been reported that they could propose a three-year deal.
Still, they are unlikely to approach for him until the summer, given their good relationship with Real Madrid over the years.
