Manchester United could reportedly move for Rennes’ Eduardo Camavinga next summer, should Paul Pogba decide to pursue a fresh challenge.
Pogba has been with the Red Devils for the past four years, but his future continues to remain a topic of speculation.
The French midfielder recently stated his dream to play for Los Blancos, but the 13-time European champions are not keen on signing him anymore.
Still, he has been linked with a possible return to Juventus and L’Equipe claims that Camavinga could replace the World Cup winner at Old Trafford.
Camavinga is only 17, but he has already captured the attention of elite European clubs including Madrid due to his strong defensive attributes.
He was valued at around £65m earlier this summer and that put off Los Blancos from making an offer during the international transfer window.
They are expected to revive their interest at the end of the campaign, but could face competition from the Red Devils, suppose Pogba leaves the club.
