Manchester United are planning a fresh approach for Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele, a report from SPORT claims.
The Red Devils attempted to sign the Frenchman on loan from the Blaugrana last summer with an option to buy.
The initial details were agreed, but the deal fell through after Dembele declined to sign a one-year renewal with the Blaugrana.
According to SPORT, the Blaugrana will be tempted to offload Dembele this summer in case there is no resolution over his contract.
His current deal expires in June next year and it is claimed that United are the club most interested in signing the former Dortmund man.
Dembele has been largely injury free during the current campaign and he has bagged nine goals and five assists in all competitions.
United have been impressed with his performances and could make a fresh transfer proposal. Dembele is valued at £45m by Transfermarkt.
The Red Devils are currently second in the Premier League standings.
