Manchester United could revive their interest in signing Barcelona attacker Ousmane Dembele when the transfer window reopens in January.
The Red Devils were keen on landing the Frenchman during the closing stages of the summer transfer window, but they were unable to strike a deal in time.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Dembele continues to remain on the Red Devils’ radar and they could try again to sign him at the turn of the year.
The 2018 World Cup winner has turned out in seven games for the Blaugrana this term and he has registered one assist and two goals.
His current deal expires in the summer of 2022 and so far, the club have not made any effort to renew his contract.
The Blaugrana are open to selling him to United in January, only if they are prepared to meet their demands over a permanent transfer.
Dembele has struggled with multiple muscular injuries during the past three seasons at the club. He has, however, remained unscathed this term.
