Manchester United could reportedly replace David de Gea with Gianluigi Donnarumma, who may be available on a free transfer this summer.
Donnarumma has only four months left on his Rossoneri contract and he has yet to commit to a new deal at the Serie A outfit.
Hence, he has been linked with a possible free transfer and Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea are already monitoring him.
According to Fichajes, United are also in the race to sign the Italy international and it is suggested that he could replace De Gea.
De Gea has been United’s undisputed choice in goal for many years and Dean Henderson has recently been promoted as his deputy.
The Spaniard’s displays have come for criticism from some fans over the past 18 months and it appears that the club may consider his sale.
Rather than promoting Henderson to the number one role, they seem keen on luring Donnarumma, who is vastly experienced at just 21 with 200 league appearances.
