Manchester United could make a surprise move for Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris as they aim to find a replacement for David de Gea.
De Gea has been the Red Devils’ number one for the past decade, but Dean Henderson has recently jumped ahead of him in the pecking order.
According to The Mail, the Spaniard could leave the Red Devils for a return to Madrid after the birth of his first child.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is yet to be convinced with Henderson as the first-choice shot-stopper and it is claimed that United could swoop for Lloris.
Lloris was recently critical over Spurs players after the shock Europa League round of 16 exit and he may be eyeing a fresh challenge.
His current contract expires in June next year and United may be able to land him for a cut-price fee during the summer.
