Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool could reportedly go head-to-head for the services of Kalvin Phillips at the end of the campaign.
The 24-year-old impressed in Leeds’ promotion from the Championship last term and he has continued the good form in the Premier League this season.
As a result, he has worked his way into the England national setup and recently earned caps against Wales, Belgium and Denmark.
According to The Mirror, Phillips could be the subject of a bidding battle from Spurs and Reds during next summer’s transfer window.
Leeds are in a strong position to keep hold of Phillips with more than three years left on his contract and it is claimed that they may only consider his sale for £50m.
The Yorkshire outfit have excelled on their return to the top-flight after a 16-year hiatus.
They have accumulated seven points from their opening four games and recently picked up a 1-1 draw against Manchester City.
